Top Dog Film Festival will wag its tail in cinemas around the country sharing a 2 hour collection of short independent films from around the globe, all about dogs! The cunningly canine filled program of heart-warming and inspiring dog films returns to Wellington on Thursday 25 November at 6.30pm.
